Please include a brief description of your products.

Stilettos or Sprigs are NOT ALLOWED.

No smoking or vaping on the premises.

Any special requests (e.g., near power, close to toilets)

Names of all stallholders and helpers

A floor plan will be emailed the night before the market.

Payments

Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation. Stall fees must be paid by the end of the first week of the market month. Bookings are held until the due date. Confirmation is sent upon receipt of payment. Unpaid bookings will be released to other vendors. Late interest requires rebooking Refund Policy 14+ days before market: 100% refund 10—13 days before market: 50% refund Market weekend (Fri—Sun): No refunds Refund deductions cover admin and advertising costs.

Food Vendors

Certified Food Sellers: Must follow all food safety regulations and provide proof of certification at booking. Refer to the Ministry for Primary Industries (MP') for food safety guidelines.

Health & Safety 

Health, Safety & House Rules Emergencies In case of fire or drill, leave all items and exit via marked fire exits. Meet at the designated assembly point for roll call.

General Rules

Stallholders are responsible for their own products, equipment, and compliance with legal requirements. Items must not exceed allocated space. Consider weather conditions when preparing your stall. Stallholders are liable for any damage caused by their setup or products.

Rubbish

All stallholders must take their rubbish with them. A bin is available in the kitchen for disposable cutlery and cups only.

Parking

Loading/unloading only outside the venue. Stallholder parking will be advised.

Disability Parking:

Available near the hall. A valid disability card must be shown and submitted at booking. All vehicles must be moved to designated parking by 8:30 AM
