Steampunkers are the curators of curiosities, the custodians of clockwork dreams and peculiar marvels. Each artifact we gather tells a tale — from the “that looks useful, I’ll stow it away” to the “I’ve no notion what it does, but it shall make a splendid contraption.”

We are the Timekeepers of imagination, collecting fragments of forgotten ages and gears of possibility. Every cog, crystal, and curious contrivance adds to the tapestry of our eccentric selves.

At this year’s Steampunk Festival, the great gears of opportunity turn once more! We invite you to unveil your treasured trinkets and temporal oddities — to let them gleam beneath the gaslight and whisper their stories to the ticking heart of the Exhibition Hall.

How It Works – The Mechanics of Time and Trinkets
To secure your place in the Grand Exhibition, you must first enlist as a Registered Timekeeper. This is done upon ordering and remitting payment for your Flat-Pack Trinket Case — a vessel designed to cradle your curiosities with precision and grace.

The cost shall be $35.00, inclusive of postage and packaging, ensuring your case arrives safely through the gears of the postal ether.

All registrations and purchases must be completed by 30th September 2026. This allows our industrious organisers to calibrate the Exhibition Hall’s spatial engines and ensure ample room for every ingenious creation.

There will be two appointed hours during the Festival when exhibitors may deliver their completed marvels to the Hall of Wonders. Once assembled, the Exhibition shall open its brass-bound doors to the public, who will cast their votes for the most captivating contraption.

Prize-giving will commence after the Steampunk Soirée, on Saturday, 14th November, within the grand chambers of the Civic Centre.

Your Timekeeper’s Treasure Tray may be collected from the Exhibition Hall once the festivities have drawn to their close — a fitting end to a celebration of invention, imagination, and the ticking heart of Time itself.
